Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the fabric is free from makeup or sweat marks.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
